Cardona dublis. Geriausias vasario ir kovo mėn Ligue 2 žaidėjas. Vasario mėn 3 pergalės, 3 įvarčiai, 1 rez. perdavimas. Kovo mėn 3 pergalės, lygiosios ir 3 įvarčiai. Labai daug gyvybės įpūtė į puolimą savo judėjimu. Būtų optimalu išpirkt kontraktą.

Atėjo toji diena. Oficialus klubo pranešimas, kad ASSE bus parduotas. Pirkėjas - kanadiečių verslininkas Larry Tannenbaum ir Kilmer Sports Ventures, kurios prezidentu paskirtas puikiai pažįstamas futbolo funkcionierius, Ivan Gazidis. Tanenbaum net worth apie $2.5B, o turtus jis susikrovė investijomis į pramonę, NT, infrastruktūrą bei sportą. Per savo Kilmer Group, Tanenbaum kontroliuoja 25% Maple Leaf Sports and Enternainment, o tai yra:
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (MLSE) is a professional sports and commercial real estate company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With assets that include franchises in four of the six major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada, it is the largest sports and entertainment company in Canada, and one of the largest in North America.

The primary holdings of the company are its major sports franchises, the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League, Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association, Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League, and Toronto FC of Major League Soccer, as well as their minor league farm teams, the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League (AHL), Raptors 905 of the NBA G League and Toronto FC II of the MLS Next Pro, respectively.

In addition, it owns Scotiabank Arena (originally named Air Canada Centre), the home arena of the Maple Leafs and Raptors, and the OVO Athletic Centre (originally named BioSteel Centre), the practice facility for the Raptors. MLSE also manages or has invested in several other sports facilities including BMO Field, home of Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts; Coca-Cola Coliseum, home of the Marlies; Ford Performance Centre, the practice facility of the Maple Leafs and Marlies; BMO Training Ground practice facility for Toronto FC and home of Toronto FC II and the TFC Academy; and Lamport Stadium, practice facility for the Argonauts.
Tai know-how sporte turi pakankamai ilgą.

Senokai laikas. Lauksim daugiau žinių ar apie strategiją.
Exclusive negotiations with the Canadian group Kilmer Sports Ventures with a view to acquiring the club
The shareholders of AS Saint-Étienne and the Canadian group Kilmer Sports Ventures are entering into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring the club.

After more than twenty years at the head of AS Saint-Étienne, Bernard Caïazzo and Roland Romeyer decided to sell the club to new shareholders committed to building on their vision and accelerating the development of the club. To ensure an ambitious future for the club, their objective is to put ASSE in the hands of a trusted, experienced and financially solid player.

After several weeks of discussions, ASSE shareholders announced today that they had entered into exclusive negotiations with the president of Kilmer Sports Ventures Ivan Gazidis with a view to proceeding with the sale of all of the shares of ASSE Groupe. Kilmer Sports Ventures is a Canadian family group owned by Larry Tanenbaum.

The sale must be ratified in the coming weeks, once the information and consultation obligations of stakeholders and competent authorities have been completed.

Bernard Caïazzo, Chairman of the ASSE Supervisory Board: “We needed a new shareholder who ticked all the boxes and was not an investment fund but a company that knows sportwith strong human values. This is the case of this large, powerful and talented Canadian group. It will have been a long road but it was my essential mission to ensure the sustainable future of ASSE. From our first meeting in Toronto, during an NBA match, I felt that Larry was a man with a heart, close and respectful of the staff and players, and who will be capable of giving ASSE the ambition that everyone dreams of. those who like the Greens. We have great hope of concluding very soon. »

Roland Romeyer, President of the ASSE Executive Board: “ASSE is a very large club, unique, with a history and values dear to my heart as a Stéphanois. 1957 is the year I fell into the Cauldron Vert, in turn supporter, sponsor and manager. In 20 years of Presidency, we have experienced and shared with all those who love the club, memorable moments on and off the field, notably with the creation of ASSE Cœur-Vert and then the Musée des Verts. Faced with the relentless evolution of football, we wanted to transfer this legendary club to a new shareholder with the financial and sporting capabilities to develop a responsible and ambitious project. Let's go Green ! »

Larry Tanenbaum, President of Kilmer Sports Ventures: “I know what AS Saint-Étienne represents for its community and for French football: much more than a club, it is the beating heart of a city and its region. Today, we want to help the club continue to progress while respecting, preserving and promoting its identity and its positive impact on its territory. The history of the club, its supporters, its roots, as well as the quality of the work carried out by the current team are all strengths which convinced us to commit to AS Saint-Étienne. Let's go Green ! »

Ivan Gazidis, Managing Director of Kilmer Sports Ventures: “As a football lover, the name Saint-Étienne represents something extremely powerful. I am extremely excited and proud to have the opportunity to join a legendary club, fully aware of the responsibility that this represents. With Larry, whom I have known for 20 years, we share the same values and the same passion for football that we found among the Greens. We want to build an ambitious project that strengthens the influence of the club and its positive role for the people of Stéphane. The strength of the club lies not only in its identity and its supporters, but also in the work carried out in recent years by the management, which has been able to build a solid model on which to build. We want to work hand in hand, in the long term, with everyone who wants the Greens to succeed! »
