Jei nežiūrėt į kainą, tai profilis kaip ir tinkamas, ne pirmą langą dairomosi buvo LW/10 numerio hibrido. Paties žaidėjo kokybe aš labai abejoju, nors upgrade Garnacho/Gittens tikrai bus. Jei žiūrėt į kainą, tai tada išvis nafik.

Aston Villa want to sell Morgan Rogers to Chelsea for a large fee. Because Rogers cost Villa relatively little, almost the entire transfer fee would normally count as accounting profit and help Villa comply with UEFA’s financial rules.

But if Villa also buy Nicolas Jackson or Alejandro Garnacho from Chelsea within 45 days, UEFA may treat the two transfers as one player exchange—not as two independent deals.

For example:

Chelsea buy Rogers for £117m.
Villa buy Jackson for £60m.
Chelsea effectively pay Villa only £57m.

UEFA could therefore allow Villa to count only the £57m difference as profit, rather than most of the £117m Rogers fee. Chelsea, as the club making the smaller sale, might be allowed to record no profit on Jackson at all.

That creates a problem for Villa because they need the large Rogers profit to stay within their UEFA settlement agreement. Breaching that agreement could lead to a one-season European ban.

The rule applies when the opposing transfers happen within 45 days. Because fewer than 45 days remain in the transfer window, Villa cannot simply delay the Chelsea purchase until later in the window to avoid it.

Mačiau šitą poto. Bet taip pat rašė, kad lyg ir galima daryt Hincapie loan agreement, kai paprastas loan su opcija, kuri labai lengvai tampa obligationu ir tas 45 dienų terminas praignoruojamas. Bet irgi, čia toks labiau loophole, kur neaišku, kaip tai traktuotų UEFA.
Bet smagu, kad pakeitė taisykles po prieš pora metų įvykusio Elliot Anderson ir kažkokio ten noname vartininko "swapo", kai kokie 15-20m buvo pridėti prie transfer sumų dėl finansinių knygų apsitvarkymo.
